Returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@livingnish.com
with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returns received without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of processing.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.
